If you live within the City limits of Des Moines and you subscribe to Comcast Cable TV, you may watch council meetings on Channel 21. They are broadcast on the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday following a council meeting at 9:00 am, 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You can also live stream the meeting from the city website.
