The City of Des Moines has changed its Small Works and Consultant Roster application procedures.  We will no longer receive applications at the City but will begin using the Municipal Research & Services Center (MRSC) for projects up to $200,000 in value.  We urge contractors who in the past have enrolled on Des Moines’ small works roster to use the more efficient and easy MRSC process. Their website is www.mrscrosters.org

In the future, all Des Moines’ construction projects will be advertised only in the Daily Journal of Commerce or through the MRSC process.  We will no longer advertise construction projects (large or small) in the Seattle Times.  If you wish to be considered for small works roster projects, you will need to participate in the MRSC system as we will no longer accept your individual applications.
