Tenino Old Time Music Festival – Tenino
Saturday, March 20, 9:30am-6pm, $30.  Enjoy a music festival plus a full course dinner provided by the Eastern Star after the 1pm show.  Expect a no host coffee stop on the way.  Cost includes admission, dinner, transportation and escort.

 

Red Wind Casino – Olympia
Wednesday, March 24, 8:30am-4pm, $12.  Here is your chance to enjoy the Red Wind Casino.  Lunch on your own. Cost includes transportation and escort. 

 

Burke Museum – Seattle
Thursday, April 1, 9:30am-3pm, $10.  “Fossil fun in Seattle.”  The Burke Museum is the first stop on the national tour of “Cruisin’ the Fossil Freeway” the exhibit that combines science and artwork to make prehistoric creatures come alive.  No host lunch at the Spaghetti Factory.  Cost includes transportation and escort.

 

Angel of the Winds Casino – Arlington
Wednesday, April 14, 8:30am-4pm, $12.  Try your skill at this casino.  Lunch on your own. Cost includes transportation and escort. 

 

Wilcox Family Farm Tour – Roy
Wednesday, April 21, 9am-4pm, $15.  The farm includes a fire house, school house, chicken coop, pioneer log cabin, antique farm equipment museum and egg plant.  The 1500 acre farm is located in the beautiful Nisqually Valley.  Lunch on your own.  Cost includes transportation and escort.

 

World Vision – Federal Way
Tuesday, April 27, 9:30am-1pm, $8.  Enjoy a one hour tour of the World Vision US headquarters.  World Vision is one of the world’s largest charity organizations.  Lunch on your own.  Costs includes transportation and escort.

 

Driftwood Show Bothell – Bothell
Saturday, May 15, 9am-4pm, $8.  See the interesting items displayed at the annual driftwood show.  Lunch on your own. Cost includes transportation and escort.

 

Clearwater Casino- Overnight – Suquamish
Wednesday, May 19, 9:30am– Thursday, May 20, 4pm, $50ppdo and $85/ Single
The Casino bus will pickup at the Senior Center and return to the Center and includes free breakfast.  Cost includes transportation and overnight accommodations and coupon discounts for meals.

 

Fiddler on the Roof, Seattle
Wednesday, May 26th, 6:15-10:30pm, $61.  We are off to the Paramount Theatre to enjoy the classic play Fiddler on the Roof!  Cost includes transportation, ticket and escort.

The Activity  Center recommends travel insurance for all travelers taking extended trips.  Coverage may include: Trip cancellation & interruption, default of airlines & tour operators, medical, etc.  If purchased within 7 days of initial trip deposit:  Pre-existing medical conditions are covered.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for all Activity Center classes and day trips, no questions asked, thanks to the generosity of the Des Moines Legacy Foundation. Do not let the lack of funds keep you from participating in our activities. For more information please call  the Activity Center.
