Transportation Impact Fee Program

SEPA
In addition to the payment of Transportation Impact Fees, other requirements under SEPA (State Environmental Policy Act) still apply.

Any mitigation associated with a SEPA determination for a project is required and the payment of TIFs does not directly replace nor over-ride those conditions.

A Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) is required for most proposed development activities. As part of the TIA, impacts to the transportation system shall be analyzed, and any identified significant adverse impacts shall be mitigated.
