Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. How do I reserve a facility?
    A Facility Use Application and corresponding damage deposit must be submitted to secure a reservation.
  2. How old is the Field House?
    The Field House was built in 1939 as part of a Depression-era recovery program, and has been declared a historic building by Washington State.
  3. How do I pay for the reservation?
    You may pay by cash, check, money order, or credit card.
  4. When would I get my damage deposit back?
    If the facility is returned in pre-rental condition, your deposit will be returned no more than 30 days after your rental.
  5. Does rental time include additional clean-up time?
    No. Your reservation must include any set-up and clean-up time.
  6. Can I serve alcohol at my event?
    Yes. However, you are responsible for additional financial and reservation requirements, which are detailed on this web site.
  7. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
    Cancellations made within 30 or more days before reservation will be charged $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the reservation will be charged 50% of the rental fee and may forfeit the damage/security deposit.
  8. Are there salmon in the creek that runs under the Dining Hall at the Beach Park?
    Yes! It is very important to respect the creek by not dumping any garbage into it or walking through it.

   9.   Can I have a DJ or a live Band?

Yes!  Music is allowed in our indoor facilities.  Music played in any of our facilities must not be audible from 20 feet away and must be turned off at 11:00pm.
