Morning Yoga Give yourself the gift of vibrant health this year! Yoga practice provides tremendous benefits to the body, mind, and spirit. Focusing on correst alignment while using props to make each pose accessible, you will gain flexibility, strength, and coordination. Developing a deeper inner connection cultivates a feeling of peace and joy to the whole being. Beginners and more experienced students welcome. Energy Yoga Yoga helps to release stress and re-direct energy to gain better health and sense of well being. With a series of sustained poses and gentle stretches, students will improve muscle strength, range of motion, balance and stability, especially the deep core muscles that stabilize the spine and increase flexibility.
