Civil Service Commission
Powers and Duties The Civil Service Commission performs the duties established by state law for the selection, appointment, and employment of Police, excluding the Chief of Police. The actions of the committee are governed by their adopted Rules and Regulations.
Members, appointed by the City Manager, serve without compensation for a 6-year term.
